   We have recently identified a number of unauthorized private servers (also called "freebie servers") circulating online, drawing players in with claims such as "max level for free" and "boosted drop rates." We understand the appeal — they promise what would otherwise take a great deal of time to earn. But it should be said plainly: the real cost of a private server usually isn't inside the game. It's on your device and in your account information.

   Private-server clients are almost always distributed through unofficial channels, cannot be verified, and are often bundled with trojans, crypto-mining code, or credential-stealing scripts. They are not interested in your gear — what they want is your password, your phone number, and your payment details. And once that information is taken, your payment accounts may be charged, and the same credentials may be used to attempt logins on other platforms you use. Gear can be earned again; leaked information cannot be taken back. So please download and update the game only through official channels, and do not install unauthorized third-party programs. Please also avoid reusing your official password on private servers, boosting services, or account-trading sites. If you already have, change it soon and enable two-factor authentication — that way, even if one set of credentials is exposed, the damage stays confined to that one.

   It is also worth knowing that private servers tend to operate for only a short period and may shut down at any time. Top-ups are collected directly by their operators and cannot be recovered with our assistance, and character data cannot be transferred to the official game. Once something goes wrong, players have almost no means of seeking redress. Our customer service team and GMs will never ask for your password or verification code for any reason, nor will they ask you to transfer money to a personal account or make a payment by QR code. If you receive such a request, decline it. And if you notice unusual logins or items going missing, change your password immediately and contact us promptly to freeze your account and review the records.

   We will take all necessary measures — technical blocking, evidence preservation, and legal action — against confirmed private-server operators, promoters, and the illicit supply chain behind them, without exception.
